Dr Rakib Hasan

Dr Rakib Hasan graduated with his medical degree in 2016 and has more than 10 years of medical experience, including over seven years practising in Australia. He has worked across a range of hospital and general practice settings throughout Queensland, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

Dr Rakib has a special interest in skin cancer medicine and is currently completing advanced training with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. He performs comprehensive skin cancer checks, dermoscopy, biopsies, excisions, and is expanding his expertise in advanced reconstructive procedures including skin flaps and grafts.

In addition to skin cancer medicine, Dr Rakib enjoys all aspects of general practice, including the management of chronic diseases, men's health, mental health, preventive medicine, and acute medical conditions. He believes in building long-term relationships with his patients and providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.

When not at work, Dr Rakib enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
